Design Mockup & Digital Proof
We want to make sure that everything about your custom product is made with the finest of details. That's why we will not proceed with production until your final design and digital proof is approved.
Once you place your order, your design will be digitallay made. We call this your "Design Mockup." Once the Design Mockup is approved by our Design Experts, it will be turned into an image that is sent to your called a "Design Proof." Once you receive the Design Proof, review it and reply back to the email with your comments, changes, and/or approval.
Once approved, your custom design will go into production and you will be contacted once the final product is completed.
Production Time
While most orders move from Design to production quickly. It can take up to two (2) weeks to fulfill custom orders.
Fulfillment can be sped up with fast and quick email replys and approvals. We strive to reply to all email messages in less than 12 hours to ensure the fastest production possible.

We want to be sure that you absoluely LOVE your custom made design or any other product purchased from us. That's why we stand behind our products 200%.
